HOW ECMR WORKS

The New eCMR Note. Digital End-to-End.

All stakeholders collaborate in one seamless digital process. The eCMR is generated automatically, signed digitally, and remains available at all times for inspections and compliance purposes.

Step 1

eCMR Creation via TMS Integration

Transport data is automatically transferred from your TMS to the ZeKju eCMR platform. Based on the shipment data, the electronic consignment note is generated automatically.

Step 2

Shipper or Freight Forwarder signs the eCMR

The responsible person at the shipper or freight forwarding company reviews the transport data and signs it digitally.

Step 3

Driver signs the eCMR

The driver confirms receipt of the goods directly within their existing workflow. The digital signature is automatically linked to the eCMR.

Step 4

Authorities verify the eCMR during inspections

During roadside or border inspections, authorized authorities can access and verify the eCMR digitally via a QR code — quickly, securely, and in compliance with eFTI requirements.

Step 5

Recipient Signs the eCMR

The consignee confirms successful delivery directly on the driver’s device. The proof of delivery is stored immediately within the eCMR.
