Trick #3: Missing a transport?
Did you create a ZeKju account already but you do not see your transports displayed in your account just yet? That’s no big deal – Let’s solve this together!
We do the matching of transports to your account through the e-mail address. You can easily add a second e-mail to your account (see right hand side).
In order to find, which your correct e-mail address is, it is the easiest way to look, to which e-mail address your ZeKju-transport was initially sent to by your customer.
